Bonded Contaminants
Bonded surface ontaminants such as bug splatter, bird droppings, tree sap or baked contaminants, should be soaked for several minutes with hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not use rough scrubbing or abrasive tools, which will scratch the film. If further cleaning is needed we recommend using Meguiar’s Gold Class Gug and Tar Remover.

Scratch Removal

Polish & Protect
Traditional car polish or wax products tend to fill in the inherent texture of the film’s surface and can cause the film to develop a haze. They should NOT be used on textured Series 1080 Wrap Film. To protect your Series 1080 Wrap Film we recommend using Meguiar’s Ultimate Quik Wax.

NOTE: Vinyl Films (just like paint) are degraded by prolonged exposure to sun and atmospheric pollutants, particularly on the horizontal surfaces such as bonnet, boot lid and roof. The more you keep the vehicle out of the sun or harsh weather conditions, the longer the life of the film.
